Instant Win Prize Awards:

• Instant Win Prize #1 (306 winners): A total of three hundred and six (306) instant win prize #1 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #1 consists of: one (1) Skrewball Peanut Butter Whiskey hat. Exact make, model, color and style as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Any available size, as applicable, shall be based upon availability and as designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute an alternate merchandise item of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability. (Note: any instant win prize winner who is a resident of VA may receive a non-branded merchandise item, or alternate merchandise item of approximate equal value, as solely determined and designated by Sponsor.) Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize #1: $25.
• Instant Win Prize #2 (459 winners): A total of four hundred and fifty-nine (459) instant win prize #2 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #2 consists of: $25 awarded to the winner via Venmo (see below). ARV of each instant win prize #2: $25.

Sweepstakes Prize Drawings – Winner Selection and Notification (maximum of 1 grand prize winner and 5 monthly prize winners):  Eligible entrants will receive one automatic entry into the grand prize and monthly prize sweepstakes drawings for completing the online registration, and one bonus entry for each instant win game play attempt during the Registration Period.  Sponsor shall conduct a series of random prize drawings to select a total of one (1) grand prize winner and five (5) monthly prize winners as follows:

• Monthly Prize winners (5):  a series of random drawings will be held from among all eligible entries received as of the date and time of each drawing to be held on or about 5/1/2025, 6/2/2025, 7/1/2025, 8/1/2025 and 9/3/2025 to select a total of five (5) monthly prize winners (1 per drawing date);
• Grand Prize winner (1):  a random drawing will be held from among all eligible entries received on or about 9/3/2025 to select a total of one (1) potential grand prize winner.
• NOTE:  Maximum of one monthly prize award per person, email address or household during the entire Sweepstakes period.

Monthly Prize Award (maximum five (5) winners):  Each eligible entrant designated as a monthly prize winner shall be awarded: one (1) Skrewball golf bag, one Skrewball hat, one Skrewball golf towel and one Skrewball cocktail book.

Grand Prize Award (maximum one (1) winner):  The eligible entrant designated as the grand prize winner shall be awarded: $25,000 awarded to the grand prize winner in the form of a prize check payable only to the winner.
