Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents residing in the states of Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Missouri, Nevada, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and The U.S. Territory Of Guam

SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE (1): There is one (1) grand prize (“Grand Prize”) available to be awarded. Verified winner (“Winner”) will receive one (1) Jack in the Box branded Gaming Personal Computer (“PC”). The Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of Grand Prize is $2,159.

SWEEPSTAKES 1ST PRIZES: There are five (5) 1st Prizes (“1st Prizes”) available to be awarded. Each Winner will receive one (1) sponsor-specified gaming console. The ARV for each 1st Prize is $449.99. The ARV of all 1st Prizes is $2,249.95

SWEEPSTAKES 2ND PRIZES: There are forty-five (45) 2nd Prizes (“2nd Prizes”) available to be awarded. Each Winner will receive one (1) of the following based on the details in the Winner notification email:

• (30) game codes for Resident Evil Remake Trilogy on sponsor-specified gaming consoles. ARV is $89.99. ARV for all Prizes is $2,699.70.
• (15) game codes for Resident Evil Remake Trilogy PC Game. ARV is $89.99. ARV for all Prizes is $1,349.85.

The ARV of all 2nd Prizes is $4,049.55.

The ARV of all prizes (“Prizes”) in the Sweepstakes is $8,458.50.
