Through the Mattel Imagination Center, parents and their children can participate in toy testing sessions where Mattel will gather insights on toys, games, and services to improve their offerings. Here’s how you can apply and what’s involved in becoming a tester!
How to Apply:
1. Register: Head over to the Mattel Imagination Center and fill out the registration form.
2. Wait for Selection: If selected, Mattel will contact you to participate in testing.
3. Participate in Sessions: You and your child will be asked to interact with and provide feedback on Mattel toys and games during research sessions.
4. Provide Feedback: Your observations and opinions will help Mattel in improving their products!
Key Details About Participation:
• Confidentiality: Both you and your child will be exposed to proprietary Mattel information during testing sessions. Participants are expected to keep all details confidential, not disclose or record any part of the sessions, and maintain discretion regarding Mattel’s toys and games.
• Use of Feedback: Mattel will use the feedback, recordings, and observations from these sessions for internal purposes like product development and improvement. However, Mattel will not use any identifying information or commercially exploit recordings that feature personal details without consent.
• No Conflicts of Interest: Participants must confirm they have no ties to other toy manufacturers, distributors, or entertainment studios, ensuring the integrity of the testing process.
