It can take up to two weeks for your alarm to arrive once your request has been submitted.
Please note we are only able to provide an alarm if you are recently bereaved and live within the SGN Southern Network counties listed at the start of this form. If you submit a form but do not live in this region, or have not experienced a recent bereavement, we will not be able to send you an alarm.
