How much free queso can I get and how do I claim it?

On 9/20, in-store, guests will receive one (1) free Cup OR Side of Queso per person and free Queso on all Entrées (excludes Stacks, Nachos, and Kids Menu items). To claim your free Queso, simply head to your local Moe’s and order a Cup OR Side of Queso and/or add Queso to your Entrée. The Queso will be discounted at checkout.

Moe Rewards Members can also order their free Queso online or through the app by using the Free Queso Day deal in their cart at checkout (taxes and fees apply). The Moe Rewards deal will apply to one (1) free Cup of Queso or side per order and free Queso on all Entrées included on the check.Bonus! Moe Rewards Members can also get one (1) free Cup of Queso by redeeming their Free Queso Weekend deal in-store, in the app or online between 9/21-9/22 (valid for 1 use; taxes and fees may apply).

Do I have to make a purchase to get my free Cup/Side of Queso?

Nope! The Cup or Side of Queso is on us, even if you don’t order anything else. To add free Queso to your Entrée, you’re going to have to order an Entrée though. But when you do, that Queso is on us too! For Moe Rewards Members ordering their free queso online with their deal, taxes & fees will apply.

Do I need to be a Moe Reward Member to receive my free Queso?

No, you do not need to be a Moe Rewards Member to receive your free Queso in-store. However, Moe Rewards members will be able to order ahead online and skip the line!

I’m not a Moe Rewards Member. Can I still claim my free Queso if I order online?
