You can claim up to 4 FREE replacement coupons with no receipt from the YoCrunch recall. If have your receipt, you can request a full refund instead. No need to return the product.

1. Go to the YoCrunch Contact Page.
2. In the dropdown menu, select: “I have a question about the recall.”
3. Fill out the form with your contact info and details about your purchase.
4. Where it says “Do you have the product?” Choose Not applicable, unless you have the product on hand.
5. Choose whether you want 4 replacement coupons or a full refund (if you have a receipt).
