PRIZES:

- If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available for any prize level or total number of prizes available for the entire Promotion, then the associated prize awards shall not be awarded.
(a) Instant Win Prize (40): forty (40) Instant Win prizes will be available to be randomly awarded during the Promotion Period. Each Instant Win prize consists of the winner’s choice of one (1) of the following gift cards: one (1) $100 Uber.com e-gift card, or one (1) $100 Grubhub.com e-gift card or one (1) $99 Spotify e-gift card. Gift card subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing gift card provider policy. The approximate retail value (ARV) of each instant win prize: $99 or $100, based upon winner selection. Total maximum ARV of all available Instant Win prizes: $4,000.
(b) Grand Prize Sweepstakes Prize (2): two (2) grand prizes will be available to be awarded in the Sweepstakes. Each grand prize consists of a Tecate Backyard Fiesta Party merchandise pack including: one (1) grill; one (1) premium cooler; one (1) Tecate apron; one (1) lime squeezer; one (1) spatula and one (1) tent. Exact make, model, color and options of each merchandise item as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute alternate merchandise item(s) of approximate equal or greater value in its sole discretion, based upon availability. ARV of each grand prize: $1,500. Total ARV of all available grand prize awards: $3,000.
