- NOTE: there is a maximum limit of one (1) instant win prize award per person, email address or household during the entire Promotion Period, except that instant prize winners shall still be eligible for the grand prize sweepstakes drawing.
- If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available for any prize level or total number of prizes available for the entire Promotion, then the associated prize awards shall not be awarded.
- Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to substitute any merchandise item with an alternate merchandise item or prize award of approximate equal or greater value, based upon availability.

Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. Approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each instant win prize #1: $95. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #1 awards: $6,840.
(b) Instant Win Prize #2 (72): seventy-two (72) instant win prize #2 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #2 consists of: one (1) Heineken Mesh Beach Tote. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each instant win prize #2: $30. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #2 awards: $2,160.
(c) Instant Win Prize #3 (97): ninety-seven (97) instant win prize #3 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #3 consists of: one (1) Heineken Sand Free Beach Towel. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each instant win prize #3: $25. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #3 awards: $2,425.
(d) Instant Win Prize #4 (47): forty-seven (47) instant win prize #4 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #4 consists of: one (1) Heineken Skateboard. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each instant win prize #4: $100. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #4 awards: $4,700.
(e) Instant Win Prize #5 (247): two hundred and forty-seven (247) instant win prize #5 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #5 consists of: one (1) Canvas Tote Bag. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each instant win prize #5: $7. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #5 awards: $1,729.
(f) Instant Win Prize #6 (17): seventeen (17) instant win prize #6 will be available to be awarded. Each instant win prize #6 consists of: one (1) Heineken Cooler. Make, model, color and options as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each instant win prize #6: $125. Total ARV of all available instant win prize #6 awards: $2,125.
(g) Grand Prize (3): three (3) grand prizes will be available to be awarded. Each grand prize consists of a Heineken Summer of Style merchandise gift pack including: one (1) Heineken Cooler Sling Bag, one (1) Heineken Mesh Beach Tote, one (1) Heineken Sand Free Beach Towel, one (1) Heineken Skateboard, one (1) Heineken Canvas Tote Bag, one (1) Heineken Cooler and one (1) Heineken Paddle Board. Make, model, color and options of each merchandise item as solely determined and designated by Sponsor. ARV of each grand prize: $1,082. Total ARV of all available grand prize awards: $3,246.
