Limit: Each Entrant may receive one (1) Instant Win play and one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize entry per day; however, an Entrant may win a maximum of one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize and twenty-eight (28) Instant Win Prizes during the Promotion Period.

Prizes: There are one (1) Sweepstakes Grand Prize and four thousand and fifteen (4,015) Instant Win Prizes available to be won.

Sweepstakes Prize: ONE (1) SWEEPSTAKES GRAND PRIZE: There will be one (1) winner selected at random in the Sweepstakes, who will receive one (1) $25,000 “Travel Certificate” for use towards attending a Golf Tournament or alternative travel of winner’s choice, subject to the prize restrictions stated herein. Sponsor will also provide winner with a single cash payment in the form of a check for $6,000, which is intended to assist the winner with any federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Sweepstakes grand prize (the “Tax Gross-Up Payment”). The Sweepstakes grand prize winner’s actual tax liabilities related to the Sweepstakes grand prize may exceed the Tax Gross-Up Payment. The Sweepstakes grand prize winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, or other tax obligations related to the Sweepstakes grand prize. Sponsor will not provide any further assistance toward the winner’s tax obligations. Total Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of the Sweepstakes grand prize: $31,000.

Instant Win Prizes: There will be four thousand and fifteen (4,015) Instant Win Prizes available to be won.
