Winner Selection and Notification (maximum 365 potential prize winners): Sponsor shall conduct a prize drawing daily throughout the Sweepstakes to randomly select one (1) potential prize winner per day for a maximum total of three hundred sixty-five (365) potential prize winners from among all eligible entries received during the Registration Period as of the date and time of each prize drawing.

• NOTE: There is a maximum of one prize award per person or household during the entire Sweepstakes period. No more than a maximum of one hundred fifteen (115) prize awards may be awarded in Florida or New York. If eligible entries are less than the scheduled number of prizes available, then associated prize award(s) shall not be awarded.

Prize Awards (maximum 365 prize awards): Each eligible entrant designated as a prize winner shall receive one (1) $42 Uber Eats e-gift code (“Code”). Codes are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuing Code provider’s policy, including any expiration. The approximate retail value (“ARV”) of each prize is $42.
